We expect them to avoid any dealings with ABABIL employees who have a conflict of interest, and to comply with all applicable economic sanctions and export controls. We believe in responsible and legal trade practices, and we expect our distributors to share this belief. This includes complying with all applicable laws related to the distribution and sale of our products, and ensuring that our products are distributed in a responsible and sustainable manner.

Respect for human rights is a fundamental principle that we expect all our distributors to uphold. This includes adopting and maintaining labor practices and working conditions that comply with local laws and international conventions. Distributors must also ensure that safe and healthy working conditions are provided for their employees, suppliers, and visitors. To ensure that our distributors are maintaining the standards we have set, we reserve the right to periodically review and audit their compliance with our Standards. We expect our distributors to fully cooperate with any such review. We encourage our distributors to report any concerns related to compliance with our Standards, or any situations that may affect their ability to comply with the Standards. Open communication and collaboration are key to maintaining positive and sustainable relationships with our distributors.
